Kory Cash

General Manager/Owner/Leasing/Property Manager/Project Manager

Kory started working on The Campus at Longmont over 28 years ago.  He’s a great example of what honest, hard work and persistence can lead to.  After graduating with honors from the University of North Dakota he literally started at the bottom as a construction laborer and personal pilot for Ken Pratt. Kory quickly advanced through the organization by moving from a laborer to a carpenter, set up and operated a warehouse for all the in-house trades, then worked with the purchasing department, became a Project Superintendent, Project Estimator and Manager, Property Manager and finally the General Manager in 2005 overseeing all property management operations on over 2.5m sf.  Since then, he’s been ‘the guy’ and a key component to the success of The Campus at Longmont.  When he’s not working, Kory enjoys spending time with his wife, son and dogs experiencing the great outdoors.

Valerie Cohen

Sr. Property Manager

Valerie Cohen has been involved in commercial property management for over 20 years.  Throughout her career, she has worked for private investors managing office, retail and industrial properties.  She has worked with large national tenants, governmental agencies, as well as entrepreneurial businesses.  Ms. Cohen is the Senior Property Manager for  Sentinel Management, Inc.’s portfolio and manages activities including tenant relations, annual budgets and capital project oversight. Her previous experience includes work with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Val currently lives in the mountains near Black Hawk with her husband and two dogs.  They enjoy being part of the very creative and active mountain community.

Kirby Nels

Asst. Property Manager

A Midwest transplant circa 2011, born and raised in a family business of real estate and property management.  Starting at a very young age in the business, his earliest memories are walking jobsites with his father, exploring building systems, from the deepest depths of crawl spaces to the rooftops.  He has learned from the ground up what it takes to maintain and manage property.

After obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University in 2005 he returned home to continue his property management career, working in the family business until deciding to pursue his dreams of living on the front range, exploring all that the mountains have to offer, enjoying blue skies and loving fresh powder days.

Since arriving in Colorado, he has furthered his career in property management.  He has been part of the Sentinel Management team since 2017 and brings with that over 20 years of experience in property management and customer relations.

Accounting

Richard Harrison

Sr. Accountant

Richard has been working in accounting and finance for over 35 years, with 17 of those years working in property management. When Richard isn’t counting beans, you will find him kayaking on a lake or cycling in the beautiful Colorado sunshine.

Diane Freeman

Accounting Associate

Diane has over 25 years of experience in the bookkeeping and accounting fields.  For the last 7 years, she has been an accounting associate in commercial property management.  In her free time, Diane likes to garden, enjoys spending time hiking or snowshoeing in the mountains, and loves to travel.

Project Management

David Hollerbach

Sr. Project Manager

David has a lifetime of experience in commercial construction helping him bring visions to reality.  He’s a licensed general contractor and LEED professional who’s experience includes the management of over $150M  in commercial projects. Overseeing projects ranging from small tenant finishes to new highly complex buildings (his largest a seventeen story mid-rise) . In his spare time you can find David enjoying the high country of Colorado or restoring his 1910 Victorian farm house.
